The Raspberry Calisson was created by us from fresh raspberry pulp. The almond, cashew and melon of the traditional calisson is accompanied here by roasted Piedmont hazelnuts. And a touch of candied lemon for a touch of acidity.
The 75cl Calisson de Calissanne Rosé wine bottle, which has won numerous medals, is a rosé with floral notes that gradually transforms into an infusion note and reveals sumptuous citrus fruits.
